​Booking & Payments

• All sessions are prepaid at the time of booking.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Reschedules are permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

• Payment plans may be arranged upon request, but the full payment must be completed before the session takes place.​

• Family Reading under Akashic Record reading covers immediate family members only i.e. yourself, your spouse, your children, your parents.

Energy Exchange

• Prices for all offerings are subject to change without prior notice.

• Your booking secures the current energy exchange rate at the time of payment.

Energy Boundaries

• Every session is conducted for the highest good of both the client and the facilitator.

• SoulfulPri reserves the right to decline or postpone service if the energetic alignment is not suitable at that time.

• All readings conducted by SoulfulPri honor the autonomy and sovereignty of each soul. No client may request information intended to monitor, judge, or intrude upon the life path of another person. SoulfulPri may gently redirect the session or decline specific questions when the boundaries of another individual’s energetic privacy are approached.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

All channeled healing modalities offered on this site — including but not limited to:

• Sekhmet Healing

• Maa Kali’s Gaze

• Shreeji Healing

• Madhava Leela Healing

• Hanumanji’s Grace Healing

• The Lemurian Frequency

• The Arcturian Way

and any future modality created and offered by SoulfulPri are sacred works of spiritual transmission and are the exclusive intellectual property of SoulfulPri. They encompass the methods, processes, symbols, energy frameworks, session structures, teachings, and channeled content.

Usage limitations

• You are granted a personal-use licence only for any guidance, materials, recordings, or notes that you receive.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, translate, publicly display, use for teaching, certify others in, or commercialize any of the listed modalities or associated materials without prior written permission.

• You may not publish, share, upload, resell, or create derivative works from session content (whether written, visual, audio or video) unless explicitly permitted in writing.

All channeled messages, intuitive insights, session notes, audio/video recordings or live transmissions shared during a session with SoulfulPri are meant exclusively for your personal spiritual growth. They must not be used for training, teaching, broadcast, or any commercial purpose.

Modality names & branding
The names of the modalities listed above and any associated branding elements are proprietary. Use of these names or any similar identifiers by others in a way that may cause confusion or misrepresentation is prohibited.

Note on Akashic Records Reading
While Akashic Records Readings are offered, the underlying modality is not claimed as proprietary — however, any unique insights, materials or interpretations provided by SoulfulPri in connection with the reading remain the intellectual property of SoulfulPri.

Enforcement & legal notice
Unauthorized use of the intellectual property may result in legal action. By booking a session or accessing any materials, you agree to abide by these terms and respect the spiritual integrity of the work.

Session Recordings

• Some sessions may be recorded depending on the nature of the service offering. When a recording is available, it will be shared with you after the session.

• The core focus of every booking is the healing or reading itself. This is the mandatory service being delivered. Recordings are supplementary and offered only as an added value, not as a guaranteed part of the service.

• In the event of technical issues, incomplete recordings, or failure to record, no replacement session, re-recording, or compensation will be provided.

• By booking, you acknowledge and accept that a recording may not be available and that this is not grounds for dispute or refund.

• If a recording is successfully produced, it will be available for 15 days. You are responsible for downloading and storing a copy on your personal device within this timeframe. After this period, the recording may be deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Confidentiality & Ethics

• Your privacy is deeply respected.

• All sessions are held in a sacred container of integrity, confidentiality, and compassion.

• No personal information or session content will ever be shared without your consent.

• Your information will only be used for communication and service-related purposes.

• Your testimonial received are shared with prior consent from you.​
